We impart continuous training to our employees to create among them awareness of the impact, they will have on the company's objectives and for achieving quality Quality : The Quality control department serves as the heart of the company. It is manned by qualified Personals who inspect each and every stages of the production process. It has well equipped laboratory with all instruments to carry out all norms of the quality inspection to ensure the required standard for the customers. Customer Service : The company posses all back-up facilities achieved by backward integration and hence delivery schedules are met with in 45 – 60 days from the date of all clearances for production. We Still offering SGS, ITS and buyer nominated final inspection and we are taking pre-final inspection in every orders ourselves with our well experienced quality team. Infrastructure Knitting : Our knitting plants have 40 state of the art knitting machines. Knitting machines s/jersey, Rib, Yarn striped, Inter lock & etc – with a production capacity of 13,000 / Day. Dyeing : Our dyeing factory is equipped with latest technology and with Reverse osmosis plant. Our Fabric Dyeing facility has a capacity of 10,000 Kgs / Day with sophisticated Soft Flow machines. We are equipped with Fabric Controlled shrinkage Relax Dryer machine that is capable of processing both tubular and open width knitted and also wide varieties of woven fabrics. Our compacting division has well maintained and technologically advanced compacting machines with a combined capacity of 6,000 Kgs / Day. Printing : Printing is our biggest forte. Garment Printing facility for spot print in pigment and plastizol have a capacity of 4,00,000 Impressions / Day. We can also do thermal transfer printing, flock printing and specialized prints. Equipped with two rotaries, our printing plant has a capacity of 6000 Kgs / Day up to 10 colors in pigment, reactive and discharge prints. Compacting : Compacting is done in all the fabrics as a quality control measure. We use sophisticated machineries. Embroidery : These machines have a great efficiency of making embroidery at a state of art facility. The machine has 94 heads in (Barudan) embroidery. Cutting :: The company is owning the state of art cutting machines that meets the International Artifacts. The garment division is equipped with fabric Spreader FK ARNA from Italy for machine cutting. It helps us to meet huge production targets in the specified time frame. Stitching : We stitch more than 3,00,000 pcs /month. The stitching and finishing division has world class machines, Yamoto, Siruba, Pegasus and Brother from Japan. With an efficient and experienced workforce of trained technicians and technical professionals we can meet out customer needs in quality and in timely delivery. Finishing : The company has 40 nos of ironing Table in Finishing department and quality checking instructions that is used in all stages of working like garment laying, ironing and Packing. After carton making, we offer pre final inspection to our quality team before final inspection. Polybag & Corton : We are equipped with high-tech Polybag manufacturing unit with a production capacity of 1200kgs/day. We have a fully equipped carton box manufacturing unit to ensure quality packing. Our production capacity is about 1600kgs/day.
